At New Perspective Painting we take pride and have loyalty in our warranty's. Reassuring our customers of a worry-free and easy warranty claim process. Our three-year limited warranty can help provide you with some peace of mind as new perspective painters refresh's your space.
It's Active!
Your warranty will be active for a period of 3-years from the date of completion of work as described in your contract.
OUR 3-YEAR WARRNTY COVERS THE FOLLOWING
Transfer of Ownership
- Transfer of Ownership - Our 3-year warranty will be carried over to the new homeowners. You must update New Perspective Painting within 60 days of transfer, to keep the warranty active.
Peeling/Bubbling Paint
2. New Perspective Paintings 3-year Warranty will cover Peeling/Bubbling paint due to improper prep work or improper application. Once a claim has been submitted. New Perspective Painting will send out a team member to properly assess the warranty claim.
Cost for Additional Materials and Labor
Your warranty will come cost free no hidden or additional charges or fees. Cost for all materials and labor used to perform warranty work will be provided by New Perspective Painting.
MILITARY AND VETERANS
New Perspective Painting offers a 7% discount for Military Veterans and Active Military Members. We offer this discount as a way to show our gratitude and respect to the men and woman who protect our country.
EMERGENCY SERVICES WORKERS
New Perspective Painting offers a 7% discount for First Responders and Emergency Workers. It is the least we can do for the ones who save life's every day.
TEACHERS AND EDUCATORS
New Perspective Painting offers a 7% discount for Teachers and Educators. These are the people who are teaching our youth and deserve to be recognized for their hard work.
